Social Networking a New School Skill

Angela Brooks, a new school mentor for social networking on web 2.0 found that accounts like blogs and Twitter can update your list and followers with the click on one button. It is simple to do and fun. People begin to see you in many different places and start to follow you and want to work with someone they "know".

I want to show you just some of the sites I am on and will be adding more as I learn also.

All of these skills and other social networking sites are taught Marketing Merge Professional taught by Mike Klingler

How to use Twitter for social networking

Twitter is a new mini blogging site that connects you to thousands of people in just a few clicks. When I find someone to follow I am now connected to all the people that are following them too. It is a fun way to Grow Your List and "Brand" Yourself.

All you have to do is create an account and your set up in less than 5 mins. Make simple post and tell people what you are doing.

If someone follows you on Twitter it means that each time you send out an update about something, they will see it.

This is similar to a feature at myspace where you Update everyone about what you're doing.

Myspace - Web 2.0 Network Marketing Social Site

Find me on myspace and friends of all kinds. Business, old school friends, family, co-workers. Myspace does take a little practice getting a page set up if you do not know how to use HTML codes. It is not hard once you learn to copy and paste.

It is another place to start branding yourself online with social networking.

Beenup2 is another social site like myspace. It is a place to share pictures from your phone or you can up load them from your camera. People can follow what you have "beenup2".

Your Twitter account also connects to beenup2 so you make one post and it goes to all the sites you have a widget placed on. For example: I have it placed on My Blog Space - My Social Network Site and my Myspace page After a little bit of work to get all your pages set up and as it is taught with easy to follow instructions in The Renegade Network Marketer teaches social networking everything you do is now connected.

You build a circle around who you are and what you are doing.

Sound neat? Keep reading ...

Blogging - Traffic Builder

Don't fret...Blogging is something that can generate traffic to your site for free if you do so correctly. The more content you have out on the web, the more you will be found.

Doesn't that make sense.

When I first started blogging I stumbled alot and still do sometimes. I had to forget what my english teacher taught me in school and learn to blog online. (sorry Miss White)

In The Marketing Merge Training classes on blogging. It defines how to write your blog, what makes them draw people's attention and keep it, how to use SEO on each post that will get the spiders crawling your page day after day.

Sounds like a lot to learn?

It can be overwhelming but that is when you take one day at a time. Work on that skill and go back and learn another one at your own pace. Does that sound better...?

Good I thought so too.

Why have a Squidoo page? People are looking for you

Check out my lens

Squidoo's goal as a platform is to bring the power of recommendation to search. Squidoo's goal as a co-op is to pay as much money as they can to the lensmasters (me and you) and to charity.

Squidoo's goal as a community is to have fun along the way, and meet new ideas and the people behind them.

A lens is just a fun word for a web page--a web page that focuses, like a camera lens, on a particular topic you're really interested in. People are making pages on everything from "How to lose weight" to "Why You Should work in network marketing" to "The Top 10 Bloggers" And LOTS more. What's your topic?

It's easy to start a Squidoo page. It's not quite as easy to make it a masterpiece. But here's a great tip: As you build, think about what your goal for the page is.

Are you trying to get the word out about an important issue? Market your business, or yourself? Earn some money for charity? Or just have fun organizing your interests?

Get specific and tell a story, and I bet your lens will be awesome.

Lens are something you can go back and work on as you learn more and make it better each time.

and...you can post a comment plus rate the lens to help it grow just like watering a flower. Don't forget water my lens with your special attention.

Social Networking Education

Without a doubt, the #1 biggest key to your success is working with someone who's already achieved the results you are working towards.

Being mentored or coached by someone who's "been there, done that" can mean all the difference in the world and eliminate years off your learning curve in a matter of minutes.

I wish I would have had access to the

The Renagade Teaching when I got started in network marketing. Using the social network marketing also gives you the chance to make new friends who will help you along the way as your learning.

Hub Pages - What's a Hub?

A Hub is a rich web page that you write and design. Each time you want to write another article, you'll create another Hub. It's just like in a website, which has multiple web pages. You have the capability to add text, pictures, videos, and links in your Hub.

Hubs are great way to add content to the internet.

Go there now and post a comment and rate the hubs.
